Privacy Policy

K & K Peptides ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and when you contact us, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

This site does not process payment or collect payment card data on-site, and does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics/advertising pixels. It does have an optional account system, a newsletter signup, and staff-logged order records, described below.

• Information you give us directly: when you message us on WhatsApp to ask a question, request test results, or place an order, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, shipping address, and the compounds/quantities you're inquiring about.
• Email address: if you sign up for our newsletter or create an account, we collect and store your email address.
• Order & rewards records: when our staff log a confirmed WhatsApp order against your account, we store the order date, amount, description, and the loyalty points it earned. Phone number and email are linked to the same customer record so your order history and points stay together regardless of which one you used to sign up.
• Account & session data: if you sign in, we store your email, a hashed sign-in token, and session metadata (timestamp, IP address, browser) needed to keep you signed in. We do not use passwords — sign-in is via a one-time emailed link.
• Automatically collected information: our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and site-performance purposes. We do not link this to your WhatsApp conversations.

Accounts & Sign-In

Creating an account is optional and passwordless. Enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once; clicking it signs you in. We never ask for or store a password. Signing in lets you view your order history and rewards points balance, and redeem points for a free product.

Newsletter & Discount Codes

Signing up for our newsletter (for a 20%-off code) stores your email address and marks you as opted in to marketing emails. Discount codes are not applied automatically at any on-site checkout — this site still does not process orders — they are mentioned by you and manually honored by our staff when you order on WhatsApp. Emails, including discount codes and sign-in links, are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider; see Resend's own privacy policy for how they handle message delivery.

Order Tracking & Rewards Points

Because orders are placed over WhatsApp rather than an on-site checkout, our staff manually log confirmed orders against your account (matched by phone number and/or email) so you can see your order history and earn rewards points. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Redeeming points creates a pending request that our staff fulfill or cancel; a cancelled redemption refunds the points.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and fulfill orders you place with us.
• To arrange shipping and provide order/tracking updates.
• To operate your account, sign-in, newsletter subscription, and rewards points balance.
• To maintain records required for compliance and dispute resolution.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third Parties

WhatsApp (operated by Meta) is our sole channel for inquiries and orders; your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy. Shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver your order. Resend, our email delivery provider, processes the email address and content needed to send you account and newsletter emails on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain order-related messages and records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Account, newsletter, and rewards-points records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to resolve any outstanding orders or redemptions.

Your Rights

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you — including closing your account, unsubscribing from the newsletter, or clearing your order/points history — by messaging us on WhatsApp using the contact details below. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

Terms of Service

By accessing this website or placing an order with K & K Peptides, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase from us.

Eligibility

By ordering, you represent and affirm that you are a qualified researcher or research institution acquiring products solely for in-vitro laboratory research, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will handle all compounds in compliance with applicable laws and your institution's safety protocols.

Orders

Orders are placed and confirmed directly through WhatsApp — this site does not process orders or payment on-site. Product availability, pricing, and lead times are confirmed at the time of your inquiry and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we cannot verify the buyer meets the eligibility requirements above. Confirmed orders may be logged by our staff against your optional account for order-history and rewards-points purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts, Rewards Program & Discount Codes

Creating an account is optional and free. Rewards points have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may be revoked or an account suspended if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of the program. Newsletter discount codes are single-use and are honored manually by our staff at the time of a WhatsApp order — they are not applied automatically by any on-site checkout. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the rewards program or any discount code at any time.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep purity, composition, and third-party lab testing information accurate and up to date. Each batch/lot is independently tested; purity and testing details may vary slightly between lots.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to represent, resell, or use any product purchased from us as a drug, supplement, or product intended for human or animal consumption, and not to misrepresent your eligibility or intended use when ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K & K Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of a product, including any use inconsistent with its labeling as research-use-only material.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or continued ordering after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which K & K Peptides operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Shipping details (address, method, and any tracking) are confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp once your order is placed.

Origin & Carriers

All orders are packaged and shipped from within the United States using standard commercial couriers. Packaging is discreet, unbranded, and appropriate for laboratory materials.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of a confirmed order and payment. You'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp once your order ships.

What Ships With Your Order

Every shipment includes third-party lab test results for the batch/lot shipped. Please check the test results against your order upon arrival.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States to verified research addresses. If you require shipment outside the U.S., message us on WhatsApp to discuss availability — international orders may be subject to additional restrictions, customs requirements, and delays outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are quoted and confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Because products are research materials shipped on a per-order basis and are not restocked in the traditional sense, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. If you need to cancel or modify an order, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — we can accommodate changes only before an order ships.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
• Delays or issues caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided by the buyer, or customs (for international shipments).
• Misuse of a product inconsistent with its labeling as research-use-only material.

How to Request a Refund

Message us on WhatsApp at (970) 763-4870 with your order details, the issue, and any supporting photos. We aim to respond and resolve verified issues promptly.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used, where possible, and are processed within a reasonable time after approval.
