Orders

Orders are placed and confirmed directly through WhatsApp — this site does not process orders or payment on-site. Product availability, pricing, and lead times are confirmed at the time of your inquiry and are subject to change until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we cannot verify the buyer meets the eligibility requirements above.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep purity, composition, and third-party lab testing information accurate and up to date. Each batch/lot is independently tested; purity and testing details may vary slightly between lots.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to represent, resell, or use any product purchased from us as a drug, supplement, or product intended for human or animal consumption, and not to misrepresent your eligibility or intended use when ordering.

Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Shipping details (address, method, and any tracking) are confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp once your order is placed.

Origin & Carriers

All orders are packaged and shipped from within the United States using standard commercial couriers. Packaging is discreet, unbranded, and appropriate for laboratory materials.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of a confirmed order and payment. You'll receive tracking information via WhatsApp once your order ships.

What Ships With Your Order

Every shipment includes third-party lab test results for the batch/lot shipped. Please check the test results against your order upon arrival.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States to verified research addresses. If you require shipment outside the U.S., message us on WhatsApp to discuss availability — international orders may be subject to additional restrictions, customs requirements, and delays outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.

Shipping costs, if any, are quoted and confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

Refund Policy

Quality Issues

If a product you receive does not match its third-party lab test results, arrives damaged, or is materially different from what was ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos where applicable. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion, once the issue is verified.

Change of Mind

Because products are research materials shipped on a per-order basis and are not restocked in the traditional sense, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. If you need to cancel or modify an order, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — we can accommodate changes only before an order ships.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
• Delays or issues caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided by the buyer, or customs (for international shipments).
• Misuse of a product inconsistent with its labeling as research-use-only material.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used, where possible, and are processed within a reasonable time after approval.
